6-Module Leadership Course

Coaching-based leadership learning for emerging managers

A structured leadership learning program for emerging managers who want to develop practical management judgement across real organisational situations.

The course is being designed to help managers connect management concepts with reflection, conversation, accountability, coaching, and action.

What the course is being designed for

The 6-module course is being developed for emerging managers who want to move beyond theory and practise management judgement in real situations.

The course will help managers think through the practical challenges of leading work, communicating clearly, supporting others, building trust, and turning management ideas into action.

It is designed as a structured learning experience rather than a passive content library. The focus is on reflection, discussion, application, and practical leadership behaviour.

What the course covers

Module 1 — The Real Work of Management
Management judgement, uncertainty, self-awareness, and the gap between theory and practice.

Module 2 — Strategy: Choosing What Matters
Strategic clarity, trade-offs, where to play, how to win, and saying no.

Module 3 — Execution: Turning Intent into Results
Priorities, decision rights, operating rhythm, communication, scorecards, and accountability.

Module 4 — Human Capital: Leading Through Others
Motivation, ability, role clarity, situational factors, trust, and team dynamics.

Module 5 — Coaching-Based Leadership
Listening, questioning, feedback, development, accountability, and coaching-informed conversations.

Module 6 — Personal Management Practice Plan
